smart assessor user engagement academy
The Smart Assessor User Engagement Academy has been designed to support the user experience of Smart Assessor. We have designed three levels: Intermediate, Advanced and Elite, to help you utilise the software to its fullest.
By creating ‘Champion’ users, the academy will allow you to be able to assist other users with their system queries and advise peers on more efficient ways to use the system.
what do the levels cover?
Each level is split into 3 parts, each feature a 30-minute teaching webinar from our client team. After the webinar, each part is then followed by an assessment using our Smart VLE system, which you must score 100% to pass. You can choose to watch all the parts first before taking each assessment, or complete them in order – it’s completely up to you.
