The Client Relations and Software Trainer role is critical to the company vision of our customers enjoying using our technology.

The role is to protect and grow existing client revenue by developing relationships, resolving issues before they become problems and delivering user engagement training, webinars and events on best practice use of our technology platforms through our academy within our client base.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain monthly client contact
  • Hold regular (bi-monthly/quarterly/half yearly) Formal Review client meetings – onsite or via Smart Room Conferencing proportionately to the value of the account
  • Identify ‘At Risk’ client accounts and notify Business Development Director through your regular conversations and satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain an accurate client account record on Salesforce CRM system
  • Delivery product training 1:1 and in groups of 12 – a minimum of 2 days a week in locations as required.
  • Enrol and engage with user Champions to promote best practice use of our technology platforms
  • Create a vibrant range of online and offline user engagement events
  • Seek out upsell and cross sell opportunities and refer to sales
  • Be accountable for the satisfaction of your clients

The role requires an experienced Assessor and IQA with the following key attributes:

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience as an Assessor and IQA in the FE/Apprenticeship sector
  • User of e-portfolios – Smart Assessor user experience desirable
  • Delivery of group training
  • Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
